a new do

Mom's friend at pottery has battled cancer. One of her struggles was to find a wig with gray hair. Through this ladies journey, mom discovered the organization WigFund. Since learning of this organization, mom started growing out her hair. In Fall of 2009 it reached the required length. I provided some "moral support" while she chopped it off short. I've never seen my mom with this short of hair, only in pictures of her from high school. I think she ROCKED it! Only few people can pull off short hair, and I believe she wears it well. Peter (Christina's brother) did an excellent job even under pressure.
